Job description
The role involves dealing with all spare parts and replacement goods, to exceed customer expectations and provide a professional service at all times..
Responsibilities
- Confirming merchandise to be returned by customer and taking details of the reason why it is being returned
- Clarifying with customer if merchandise is to be replaced or credited
- Processing customer requirements on the system
- Liaising with customer regarding date of uplift/replacement of goods
- Chasing outstanding returns
- Collating weekly damage report for management
- Taking orders from customers by email and telephone
- Entering sales orders on system as required
- Answering incoming calls and efficient handling of customer enquiries
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Applicants must have previous customer service experience
- Excellent administration sills with good verbal and written communication skills
- Applicants must have previous experience in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and email
Desirable Skills
- Experience in using Sage software is desirable but not essential as suitable training will be given
