Customer Services Administrator


Job description

The role involves dealing with all spare parts and replacement goods, to exceed customer expectations and provide a professional service at all times..

Responsibilities

  • Confirming merchandise to be returned by customer and taking details of the reason why it is being returned
  • Clarifying with customer if merchandise is to be replaced or credited
  • Processing customer requirements on the system
  • Liaising with customer regarding date of uplift/replacement of goods
  • Chasing outstanding returns
  • Collating weekly damage report for management
  • Taking orders from customers by email and telephone
  • Entering sales orders on system as required
  • Answering incoming calls and efficient handling of customer enquiries

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Applicants must have previous customer service experience
  • Excellent administration sills with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Applicants must have previous experience in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and email

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in using Sage software is desirable but not essential as suitable training will be given
