Planning & Service Improvement Manager
Job description
The Planning and Service Improvement Manager will play a key role in all aspects of strategic and operational planning and service improvement Trust wide. A key element within this role will include co-ordinating service improvement and transformation. As a corporate business partner this role has a key contribution to make in supporting the Trust achieve its strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- The role will have a particular focus on the annual planning cycle and the post holder will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating elements of this process, providing business partnering support to operational directorates
- This post may have a particular focus on planning and service improvement but will contribute to all areas of performance improvement and commissioning management within the Trust as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- University degree or a recognised equivalent professional qualification and a minimum of two years experience at Senior management level role in a major complex organisation.
- OR A minimum of five years experience at Senior management level role in a major complex organisation.
Desirable Skills
- Have experience of working within Health and Social Care.
- Have experience of writing business cases.
