Sales/Office Administrator required. To contact existing and potentially new customers with a view to maintain existing business or secure new business for the company plus general office administration duties..
Responsibilities
- To contact existing and potentially new customers with a view to maintain existing business or secure new business for the company.
- General office administration duties including filing/equipment dispatch/stock control.
- Assist other staff members with daily tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Computer literate.
- Competence with MS Word and Excel.
- Good telephone manner is essential.
Desirable Skills
- GCSE Mathematics and English Language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Further Information
Work time: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-3pm Friday. Gas and Controls are a well-established Company and supply/install/maintain gas detection equipment throughout Northern Ireland.
