Our client are a leading distributor of industrial maintenance and repair products. Due to phenomenal growth, they have a permanent opportunity for a commercially orientated, customer centric Store Manager to join their team in the Coleraine area. .

Responsibilities

• Development and delivery of the agreed contract and services.
• Management of preparation and follow up of quotes.
• Conversion and consolidation of available business.
• Completion of the monthly Insite monthly reports.
• Proactive relationship management with commercial and key accounts and credit control.
• Develop onsite relationships by setting and attending regular review meetings.
• Face to face dealings with customers and agreement of strategy with the Field Sales Executive and Key accounts.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 3 plus years relevant experience in a similar role ie operations / key account / sales manager within an industrial/ engineering environment.
• An understanding / experience of the global maintenance, repair, and operations market, its drivers and key manufacturers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness with a clear understanding of all aspects of margin management and cost/benefit analysis etc.
• Strong IT skills.
• Comfortable with travelling and high levels of face to face customer interaction.

Further Information

Worktime: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
