As a Butcher / Counter Manager you will be working in a busy store, performing a variety of tasks..

Responsibilities

• Running a concession to a high standard whilst maximising sales in a target driven environment.
• Preparing and displaying meats.
• Pre-packing products to maintaining the cleanliness of the counter and display.
• Provide quality customer service.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A high level of customer service is essential.
• Butchery skills or a background in catering.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work unsupervised.

Work time: 9am to 5pm, days to be confirmed.
