Job description
Team Leads will support the effective and efficient provision of care to Harmony Community Care Service. .
Responsibilities
- Team Leads will support the effective and efficient provision of care to Harmony Community Care Service users in accordance with RQIA Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Agencies 2021 and NISCC Standards of Conduct and Practice 2015
- Standards of Care on their designated runs
- Ensuring care plans are up to date and relevant
- Ensuring the accurate completion of documentation and reporting any anomalies to the management team
- Ensuring the availability of documentation
- Care staff mentorship/support in accordance with Health & Well-Being Strategy
- Care staff induction training and personal development in accordance with learning and development strategy
- Pre-commencement assessments.
- Care Reviews
- On call Management
- Rota Management
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Applicants must have a relevant health care qualification to level 3 or above plus a minimum of two years experience in a caring role. The applicant must be a car driver and flexible to work both days and evenings, plus a weekend on/ weekend off.
Desirable Skills
- An ICT and or training qualification is desirable
