Learning and Development Officer
Job description
The Learning and Development Officer is responsible for Organising staff training in accordance with the Company's policy and RQIA Mandatory training requirement Checking and Recording Training records Maintaining Training compliance Reporting any concerns to Community Management Organising staff Induction Engaging with Staff in accordance with the Company's Learning and Development Strategy .

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Applicants must have GCSE English Maths grade C or above & must be proficient in the use of Microsoft excel, and PPT. Including creation of spreadsheets and pivot tables.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Learning and Development Strategies.
Desirable Skills
- A third level qualification in ICT, training/teaching or CIPD qualification.
