We seek a sharp, dynamic, and experienced individual to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible the development of our business interests with Multistat in a hugely diverse sales territory, in line with targets tied to the corporate growth plan. The successful candidate should have a strong network in the global health/insurance/corporate space, be an effective presenter, and be devoted to our mission..

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing efficient and effective business development plans for growth and sustainability. This includes designing and delivering strategic partnership agreements within healthcare, insurance, and corporate markets.
• Managing key relations with our current/new customer base of the Multistat analyser.
• Identifying and developing customer relations in areas where we are currently unrepresented.
• Maintenance of a high level of product knowledge and competitor awareness.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities to achieve strategic priorities.
• Supporting design and execution of expansion strategy to expand the business and improve brand exposure.
• Field based role, required to visit customers regularly to promote products and expand sales revenue in the market.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience of strategic thinking and analytical ability in a complex area.
• Knowledge and understanding of the management and delivery of healthcare services.
• Proactive approach and self-starting spirit to challenges in the market.
• Degree level education with extra consideration for business/science related disciplines.
• Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, verbal and written.

Desirable Skills

• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with high-level business partners.
