Marketing Executive required, working between 08:40-17:20..
Responsibilities
- Creation of engaging content for a range of marketing collateral including, brochures, websites, adverts, white papers, social media, newsletters and emails to create awareness and develop the Randox brand globally
- Implementation of digital marketing strategy. This includes, but not exclusively, email campaigns, PPC advertising, social media and other digital channels
- Tracking the effectiveness of all marketing activities through Google analytics and ROI per channel
- Maintenance of the Randox mailing list and ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws
- Collation and presentation of market research, product and competitor information relating to the Randox product portfolio
- Working closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure all content produced adheres to the Randox brand guidelines
- Working closely with R&D and sales teams to ensure the successful launch of new products to the market
- Establishment of clear selling messages to highlight product benefits to our target market
- Preparing talks and papers for use by Randox representatives at conferences, seminars and customer presentations
- Organising Randox events and exhibitions, dealing with design companies and press agencies and conducting PR activities on behalf of Randox
- The adherence to the companys positive work environment policies, health and safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Qualified to at least degree level (2:1 and above) in a Marketing, Business or Life Science related subject
- Clean UK driving license
- Investigative in actions and thinking
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical in evaluation of campaigns
- Articulate in oral, written, and visual presentations
- Clear understanding of the complete marketing process
- Ability to troubleshoot and think outside the box, when required
- Communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills
- Practical marketing experience
- Experience in SEO/content driven marketing
- Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing software and/or website CMS
- Proven track record in delivering positive ROI
- Foreign language ability
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creative writing
- Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online
