QC & 247 Product Specialist - Working with our sales teams in USA, Middle East, Canada and South Africa to assist in growing our Acusera business. This will involve travel to markets..

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting Sales Reps in generating and converting sales opportunities
• Responsible for providing excellent specialist customer support
• Conduct customer seminars and presentations
• To assist in providing product and training support to sales staff
• Assist in providing market research and product updates to the sales representatives

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills

Desirable Skills

• Previous sales or laboratory experience is desirable although not essential
• A working knowledge of Quality Control and associated software is desirable
• A positive attitude with the drive and work ethic to meet targets
• The drive and ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
• Fluency in English
