Telesales Support Assistant
Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Sales Support Assistant to join our busy sales team..
Responsibilities
- Collect sales information and assist in identification of potential target customers.
- Inbound and outbound communication with both potential and existing customers via telephone calls, email etc.
- Processing orders, recording and updating records and relevant data.
- Support sales promotions via email marketing campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner, with experience in telesales and customer service delivery an advantage.
- Target driven, highly motivated and proactive.
- Practical skills in MS Office, ability to report and present sales data.
Further Information
Work time: 9.00am - 5.00pm, days to be confirmed. Wage: £21,000 per annum pro rata. Robinson Services Ltd is one of the largest support services businesses in Ireland.
