You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service on our busy shop floor..

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on product selection
• Till operation and cash handling
• Assisting customers with queries instore and via telephone
• Accepting and checking off deliveries
• Stock replenishment
• Internal stock transfers
• Duties include picking and packing of online orders to a strict deadline
• General housekeeping duties

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work comfortably with members of the public
• Good attention to detail

Desirable Skills

• Retail Experience

Applicants must be fully flexible and prepared to work varying shifts between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm Monday - Saturday and be available for overtime when required.
