Job description

Responsible for reception and administration within the Podiatry Practice..

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone.
  • Clean reception area.
  • Receiving & recording payments.
  • Sending & receiving emails.
  • Liaising with Homes & Folds re visits.
  • Record keeping.
  • Managing Podiatrists Caseload (pre-prepared timetables).
  • Making appointments via phone/ face to face.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite/ Google Sheets & Documents.
  • Ability to speak to people on the phone in a professional manner.

Further Information

Work time: Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm. Bespoke booking package - Cliniko - full training will be given.
