Job description
Responsible for reception and administration within the Podiatry Practice..
Responsibilities
- Answering phone.
- Clean reception area.
- Receiving & recording payments.
- Sending & receiving emails.
- Liaising with Homes & Folds re visits.
- Record keeping.
- Managing Podiatrists Caseload (pre-prepared timetables).
- Making appointments via phone/ face to face.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite/ Google Sheets & Documents.
- Ability to speak to people on the phone in a professional manner.
Further Information
Work time: Monday to Friday 9am - 2pm. Bespoke booking package - Cliniko - full training will be given.
