To provide efficient and timely administrative support to the full range of HR processes to ensure that the HR function meets the business need..

Responsibilities

  • Updating and maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems whilst ensuring confidentiality.
  • Preparing and amending HR documents as required.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Assisting HR colleagues.
  • Attendance Management.
  • Recruitment & Selection.
  • Learning & Development
  • Finance Management.
  • Employee Wellbeing.
  • Monitoring.
  • General admin duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience of CoreHR or equivalent HR systems
