Job description

Electrical installation, repair and maintenance work within the commercial and industrial sectors within the construction industry. The following reflect the main tasks associated with position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive: control and manage aspects of planned maintenance and contracts works; to be proactive in managing and undertaking work and be client focused in the delivery of work; ensure all works are carried out in a safe manner, with full Health and Safety compliance. .

Responsibilities

• To install and maintain electrical systems
• Fault finding
• Repairs
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NVQ Level 3
• 18th Edition
• Hold a full driving licence
• Experience working in commercial and industrial sectors within the construction industry.

Desirable Skills

• CSR
• Sparksafe
• Working at heights
