Job description

Very client driven firm Earlier finish on Fridays, weekends off Competitive pension contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the filing and archiving of documentation supporting the legal team and sales team.
  • Complete administrative tasks including start up letters, engagement letters, client feedback, document filing.
  • Data entry.
  • Contacting clients and potential clients for paperwork.
  • Checking all incoming legal documents for correct completion and liaising with clients and consultants as and when required.
  • Answering the phones, taking messages, transferring clients, assisting with any none legal queries.
  • Assist with the set-up and closure of new client files.
  • Managing of the office post.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Experience in an administrative role or office junior role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office and email competently.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous legal experience would be ideal but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Further Information

Worktime: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm.
