An opportunity to work alongside one of our most prestigious clients has arisen, Bidvest Noonan are seeking to hire a CCTV Control Room Operator. The successful candidate would oversee the CCTV monitoring of our clients' premises and buildings ensuring that any anti-social behaviour or suspicious activity is reported immediately. The successful candidate would join a team of likeminded team members who strive to deliver the best customer service. .

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety of our client's staff, their buildings, their assets and the general public through monitoring of CCTV.
• Monitor and respond to CCTV activations ensuring the correct escalation process and reporting systems are followed.
• Ensuring that reports are captured accurately inline with the site reporting procedures.
• Answer inbound telephone calls professionally, quickly and effectively ensuring information is extracted and logged out of hours.
• Ensure all tasks that are assigned are carried out to a high standard in line with company and customer requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Hold both SIA DS/SG and CCTV Licence
• Team player

Further Information

Work time, rota basis, 6pm-7am or 7am-7pm, 4 days per week, 3 week rota includes weekends 37.6 hours per week average. In addition to this the successful candidate will receive 28 days annual leave, double time on all bank holidays worked, discounts to well-known brands and holidays etc amongst other great incentives.
