Job description
Wilsons Auctions is the largest independently owned auction house in the UK & Ireland. We currently have a requirement in our Head Office in Mallusk for a part time Auction Support Administrator. The role will involve but not be limited to: First point of contact for customers Answering telephones Taking cash / card payments Processing auction entries Invoicing, Photocopying, filing, incoming & outgoing post Assisting various departments with phone calls Assisting car & commercial department with administration duties Hours of work: Monday - Wednesday 9.00am - 5.30pm (30 min unpaid lunch break).

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 2 years' admin experience
- Good level of IT literacy
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
