A bit about us As one of the leading NI Housing Associations, we currently provide over 5,500 homes throughout Northern Ireland for families, older people and for those who need support. A bit about the role At Clanmil, our tenants are at the heart of what we do. Our Property Security Warden will ensure the safety of our tenants and the schemes they live in. Responsibilities

• Monitor, report and record details of events within the schemes including anti-social behaviour, vandalism, neighbour nuisance and complaints. Contact emergency services and Housing Officer.
• Advise your Housing Officer of any incidents or accidents in the scheme involving the tenants or their visitors.
• Monitor communal areas if on night duty and ensure only authorised vehicles access car parks.
• Provide cover at other schemes when needed and work with other property wardens when needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• One years experience in a security or caretaker role.
• One years experience working with customers.

Desirable Skills

• A valid SIA Licence.
