Call Centre Agent


Job description

The role involves answering in bound call from customers and placing bets on their behalf or answering any queries they may have..

Responsibilities

  • You will answer in bound calls and place bets for customers or answer any questions they may have about their account
  • You will also be required to carry out general office admin duties

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent data input skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Well organised with good time keeping

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience within the betting industry or a call centre is desirable

Further Information

Work time: We open 7 days a week from 10.00am - 9.30pm Mon-Fri. 9.00am - 9.30pm Sat and 10.00am - 6.00pm Sun. Benefits include: Annual Christmas Bonus.
