The role involves answering in bound call from customers and placing bets on their behalf or answering any queries they may have..
Responsibilities
- You will answer in bound calls and place bets for customers or answer any questions they may have about their account
- You will also be required to carry out general office admin duties
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and great interpersonal skills
- Excellent data input skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Well organised with good time keeping
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience within the betting industry or a call centre is desirable
Further Information
Work time: We open 7 days a week from 10.00am - 9.30pm Mon-Fri. 9.00am - 9.30pm Sat and 10.00am - 6.00pm Sun. Benefits include: Annual Christmas Bonus.
