Bids Administrator
Job description
Randox Laboratories is currently looking to recruit a Bid Administrator to join our HQ team. The role of Tender Coordinator is key to securing business on a global basis. The successful applicant will identify suitable tenders; contribute to and coordinate the production of associated submissions; and ensure that these are received by the relevant authority by the required deadline. .
Responsibilities
- Searching bid portals to identify potential tender opportunities.
- Determining the suitability of tenders and submitting an Expression of Interest, if relevant.
- Distributing tender details to Randox offices, distributors and Business Managers.
- Liaising with relevant Business Managers and departments to coordinate, edit, format, and submit bid responses.
- Examining tender terms and conditions and highlighting potential issues to appropriate staff members.
- Following up on bids submitted to assess successful and non-successful bids.
- Ensuring all submissions are received by the relevant authority by the required deadlines.
- Maintaining internal libraries and tools to aid future tenders.
- Additional sales and administrative support where necessary.

- Willingness to acquire and develop new skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills
- Previous Experience as a bid/tender coordinator.
