Job description
To support our Head Housekeeper and team of room attendants provide an excellent experience for our guests. Housekeeping Supervisor responsibilities include organising employee shifts, training and motivating team members and ensuring the appearance of all accommodation and public areas meet the required standards. This is a hands on role. .
Responsibilities
- Ensuring AA & TNI 4 star standards are met and retained.
- Supporting and assisting our Head Housekeeper to manage the department.
- Checking rooms and public areas are to standard.
- Reporting maintenance and following up.
- Looking after guest requests and queries.
- Managing laundry stocks in and out.
- Managing housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Hands on as, when and where required to assist turn around rooms and self-catering facilities.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience
- Good customer care and people management skills.
- Good standard of education.
- Must have right to work and live in UK documentation in place.
- High standards and strong work ethic.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience of the Housekeeping Supervisor role.

Work Time: Working 5 shifts out of 7 days, including weekends to cover operational hours. www.killyhevlin.com We supply uniform, on the job training, meals on duty, secure staff car park, employee of the month, staff discounts. Salary is paid fortnightly on a Wednesday directly into personal bank account, payslip emailed to personal email address.
