To assist the Residential Services Manager in the effective and efficient management of the residential service, and to lead the team alongside the Residential Services Manager in providing the highest possible standard of support to the people who use our services in line with Inspire strategy. .

Responsibilities

• To assist the Residential Services Manager in the effective and efficient management of the residential service
• This post with Inspire is designed to meet the demands of delivering quality services to adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, or complex needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• To be flexible as the role requires 24 hours a day, 7 day a week cover. This can involve sleep over cover, night cover, evening and weekend work on a shift rota basis.
• Possess a full current driving licence that allows you to drive in ROI.
• Qualified Intellectual Disability, Mental Health or General Nurse and be registered with the NMBI
• A minimum of one years experience working in a Social Care setting.

Further Information

Work Time: Various, to be confirmed. 43,095 - 52,431.37 Euros Per Annum.
