Preparing the food for cooking. .
Responsibilities
- Monitoring food costs and standards set within our kitchen.
- Ensuring standard and quality of dishes for customer consumption.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practises in the kitchen.
- Keeping up with the industry trends, and creating new recipes with the sous chef.
- Following the budget set with the restaurant.

- Ability to work well under pressure.
