Preparing the food for cooking. .

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring food costs and standards set within our kitchen.
  • Ensuring standard and quality of dishes for customer consumption.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practises in the kitchen.
  • Keeping up with the industry trends, and creating new recipes with the sous chef.
  • Following the budget set with the restaurant.

  • Ability to work well under pressure.
