The Counter Assistant will carry-out a range of duties to ensure the smooth running of a busy fish and chip takeaway..

Responsibilities

• Greeting and serving customers
• Taking orders face to face
• Taking orders via the telephone or our business app
• Using a till and card machine
• Handling small and large quantities of money
• Some food preparation

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Able to work under pressure, as part of our team or on your own initiative to complete tasks and give the best customer service possible

Desirable Skills

• Experience preferred but full training can be given
