Assisting in all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment & selection, training and development, performance management, disciplinary & grievance, absence management..

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment & selection, training and development, performance management, disciplinary & grievance, absence management, employee engagement, leave processes and general administration

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English & Maths
  • Computer literacy/skills, MS packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), maintaining databases and spreadsheets, email correspondence and internet search
  • Strong communication, planning and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of standard office equipment, photocopiers

Further Information
