Job description

Our support workers are central to ensuring that Praxis Care achieves our goal of providing quality care and support to our Service Users. Each of our Support Workers will work as part of a dedicated team to provide a high quality and reliable support service. Our Support Workers provide friendliness and encouragement towards our Service Users supporting independence and providing the environment for Service Users to achieve their desired outcomes. Responsibilities

• To work closely with Team Leaders and Service Managers preparing and implementing individual and group support programs
• To work with other Support Workers and Team Leaders to promote a safe working and living environment

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Good oral and written communication skills; Excellent organisational; skills; Computer skills; Ability to use initiative

3 month contract with the possibility of extension. Location: Castle Lane, Lurgan Work time: Monday-Sunday, times to be confirmed.
