- Recovery Support Planning.
- Supporting Individuals towards their recovery.
- Working together with a diverse range of internal and external partners.
- Assist in planning and supporting activities.
- Providing Personal Care.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- 3 to 6 months recent experience.
- Willing to work various shifts.
- Ability to demonstrate alignment with MindWise's Core Values.
