Spray Painter


Job description

We are seeking Spray Painters for our client, the UK’s most advanced composites manufacturer, based in Lisburn. .

Responsibilities

  • All activities associated with spray painting
  • Achieving required levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure Manufacturing Processes and safe working practices are adhered to during the process.
  • Monitoring and reporting all aspect of process performance with any non-conformance being reported immediately to the Business Unit Manager, Flow Coordinator and/or Team Leader.
  • Maintaining appropriate records required.
  • The cleanliness of the working areas and equipment.
  • Constructive contributions to the team so as to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Minimising waste in terms of both raw materials and product rework.
  • The scheduling of paint mixes to meet line requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Candidates must have good organisational ability.
  • Must be focused on safety.
  • Need to be a trade sprayer externally.
  • Have a spraying knowledge (High Quality standard).
