Job description
The successful applicant will, in accordance with the Marketing Manager, assist in creating, implementing, executing and analysing a fully integrated marketing strategy. As Marketing Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of marketing executives. The Team Leader will be responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of marketing and business development strategies..
Responsibilities
- Writing material for use in brochures, sales aids, exhibition materials, newsletters and the Randox internet website promoting Randox products worldwide.
- Collation of product information and subsequent preparation and distribution of regular marketing publications and communications including in-house and external newsletters.
- Assisting in the organisation of Randox events and exhibitions.
- Preparing talks and papers for use by Randox representatives at conferences, seminars, and customer presentations.
- Developing effective in-house communications strategies.
- Conducting sales analysis of international markets.
- Profiling and segmentation of all Randox customers.
- Updating and maintaining the marketing database and involvement in the conducting of mailshots.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- CRM, operations, and monitoring.
- Sales training of headquarters personnel and sales office managers.
- Monitor effectiveness of advertising, exhibitions and PR events through detailed ROI analysis.
- Monitoring of global sales and marketing activities to meet corporate objectives.
- Preparation of sales and marketing strategies with the marketing manager an global marketing manager.
- Liaising with the international offices and HQ personnel to promote Randox products and internal strategies.
- Ensuring consistency of Randox branding in all customer communication tools.
- Conducting staff review meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Qualified to at least degree level (2:1 and above) in a Marketing, Communications or related subject.
- Investigative in actions and thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Articulate in oral, written and visual presentations.
- Clear understanding of the complete marketing process.
- Ability to provide an interpretive response to a customers position.
Desirable Skills
- Practical marketing experience.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing software and/or website CMS.
- Scientific background is desirable.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
