Here at JRC Cars Ltd Cullybackey we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits us. The Role: As a Car Sales Executive you will be responsible for ensuring that the excellent customer service we pride ourselves in is offered consistently & that the needs of our customers are listened to and delivered upon in the most professional & enthusiastic manner possible. From initial enquiry right through to customer delivery you will be the point of contact for our customer keeping them up to date & following up accordingly in line with the sales processes. While continually offering an outstanding level of customer service you will ensure that you are achieving your targets & penetrating opportunities in vehicle sales, finance, warranty & accessories. .

Responsibilities

• Generation and following up leads/ enquiries.
• Establishing customer requirements.
• Presentation & demonstration of suitable vehicles.
• Achieve vehicle sales targets whilst maximising profitability.
• Selling finance and additional dealership services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer requirements, completing sales contracts and other sales administration.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Car sales experience.
• Negotiation and selling.
• Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Driven to meet and exceed targets.
• Hold a valid, clean UK driving licence.

Further Information

Work Time: Monday 9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday 9:00am-5:30pm Wednesday 9:00am-7.30pm Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm Friday 9:00am-5:30pm Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm The Person Ideally you will have a minimum of one year’s sales experience within a sales environment, we will also consider those with retail sales experience from an industry outside of car sales. You must possess a genuine passion for customer service, be target driven and ambitious. You will also be confident and knowledgeable about the product in question to present to customers with clarity. Use of a computer and other devices is essential for this role to carry out the necessary administration. Sales Executives here are ambitious and passionate individuals from a customer facing or sales background, who thrive on providing first class service.
