Job description
To provide support to pupils and families via school based placement. .
Responsibilities
- This person will take the lead in the completion of UNOCINIs
- Attend case conferences and LAC reviews on behalf of and alongside students
- Undertake home visits as and when required
- Additional responsibilities available on request.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Hold a recognised professional Social Work qualification
- Registered with NISCC
- Current full driving licence with access to a car on appointment
- Have 3 years post qualifying experience
- Essential Skills available on request
Desirable Skills
- Have experience working with a range of stakeholders, including community and voluntary organisation
- Can demonstrate high impact could be measured in the role
