The Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs (DAERA) is looking to recruit motivated and enthusiastic veterinarians to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Chief Veterinary Officers (DCVOs) in our Veterinary Service Animal Health Group (VSAHG). Responsibilities

• Setting high standards for the veterinary profession in Northern Ireland, engaging stakeholders to implement strategies that improve animal health and welfare standards and secure industry compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Be a Fellow or a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS)
