We are currently recruiting for Relief Nightshift Senior Project Worker to join our New Mental Health Intensive Support service at House 10, Enterprise Court, Bangor. Responsibilities

  • To assist the Manager and Deputy Manager in the effective and efficient management of mental health & addiction services by implementing all statutory and regulatory requirements, managing the budget and resources efficiently etc.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • To be able and willing to work waking nightshift.
  • Possess a full current driving licence and access to a car. Business insurance will be a requirement for this post.
  • A Professional qualification for example: Professional Social Work Qualification and registered on the appropriate part of NISCC First level registered Nurse on the appropriate part of nursing and midwifery council register
  • And A minimum of 2 years experience of working in a health and social care setting.
  • OR Be educated to QCF/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a related subject for eg care plus a minimum of 4 years experience in a social care setting.
  • Experience of liaising with statutory and other voluntary agencies.
  • Have an understanding of managing monies.
  • Have proven experience of motivating Services Users.
