Counter staff for busy butcher's shop. .

Responsibilities

• Prepare meat for display.
• Ensure all stock is displayed and maintained throughout the day.
• To work as part of a team providing the public with quality meats.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent food hygiene standards required - maintaining cleanliness.
• Good communication skills.
• High level of customer service.

Desirable Skills

• Previous butchery or customer service experience preferred but not necessary as full training will be provided.
