Office Assistant


Job description

We are a flooring contractor dealing exclusively with government contracts for schools and social housing and you will be working as part of the main office team based in Bangor. We can offer hybrid working environment with working form home - hours are up to 40 but we can offer reduced hours and fully flexible working. We work on a works order based system - your role will be to record new works requests, received by email, log them on to our system. Follow works orders through our workflow to completion. .

Responsibilities

  • Process new works requests on to our system
  • Keep clients updated
  • Liaise with stake holders and make appointments for operatives
  • Keep all spread sheets/workflows and data bases updated
  • Any other duties as directed by office manager
  • Arrange appointments with stakeholders;
  • Schedule operatives to attend jobs.
  • Advise client of completion, and provide details to accounts to raise invoices;

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Ability to use a computer, at least basic knowledge of google and Microsoft programs

Work time: 08:00-17:00, flexible.
