Job description

Maintain a clean supply of dishes, glassware, pots etc for all outlets in the hotel. .

Responsibilities

• Assists in the breakdown of banquet functions and washes dishes from functions etc.
• Sweep and mop the entire kitchen area including the backyard and service corridor.
• Update cleaning schedules on a daily basis.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be flexible with working hours and able to work shifts as required.
• Able to work on own initiative.
