As an expanding, global Cyber Security Awareness provider we have an immediate need for a reliable, organised, and hard-working techie who would enjoy supporting and maintaining our entire internal IT infrastructure as an IT Support Administrator. Do you have a working knowledge of networking fundamentals, can provide desktop support, love learning and enjoy getting things that run like clockwork? If so, then you’re the one we’ve been searching for! Great opportunity to administer and gain experience with the latest Office 365 technologies such as InTune, Endpoint Manager and Enterprise Mobility and Security. Not a remote role. The job will be entirely onsite at our offices in 100 Patrick Street, Derry/Londonderry. You’ll be supporting the network and devices used by over 100 employees. You’ll be the onsite face of the support department..


  • Onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Assisting with hardware/ software issues.
  • Solving networking issues.
  • Networking, testing and maintenance.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Replacing devices and parts as required.
  • Keeping computer systems running smoothly and ensuring users get the maximum benefit from them.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Relevant third level qualification.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Technology.
  • Sound Knowledge of infrastructure technologies.
  • Interest in Azure Technologies.
  • IT Knowledge -experience working with an internal IT Team
  • Interest in learning more about Cyber Security.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of CRM Systems e.g. Salesforce.

Further Information

Work Time: 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4OM In this role you will be an integral member of the Internal IT team - This is not a technical support role.
