ICT Team Lead Service Desk Manager
Job description
The post holder will work as part of a team assisting in the support and delivery of ICT Operations Services within the Trust. The post holder will primary focus on the delivery and management of the ICT Service Desk .
Responsibilities
- To work across all the relevant systems as directed by the ICT Strategy
- To lead and manage the Service desk team, and provide analysis reports to Senior ICT Managers
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- University degree or a recognised equivalent professional qualification in an Information Communication and Technology (ICT)1 discipline AND worked for at least 2 years in Information & Communications Technology (ICT)
- HND or recognised equivalent professional qualification in an Information Communication and Technology (ICT) discipline AND worked for at least 3 years in Information & Communications Technology (ICT)
Desirable Skills
- Broad awareness of Health and Social Care (HSC) organisation, functions and current issues
