Job description
Safe Gas NI Ltd is small business based in Newtownabbey. We are looking for an administrator to help with the day to day running of the business and manage service engineers. .
Responsibilities
- Your job duties can vary but typically include maintaining event calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, arranging, taking minutes during meetings, and performing clerical functions, such as copying and updating paperwork.
- You operate office equipment, maintain records, update, and maintain filing systems, monitor inventory, track orders and order supplies.
- You also handle complaints and inquiries, from customers as well as deal with homeowners, tenants and letting agents.
- You also may be asked to handle special projects or train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent level of IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- 5 GSCEs at a minimum of Grade C or equivalent to include English and Maths
Desirable Skills
- 3 years administration experience working in a business environment including operation of a bespoke computerised system.

Benefits include: 30 days holiday, Discretionary performance related payment, Contributory pension scheme. Probationary period to be discussed. Work time is 9am - 5pm.
