Health & Social Care NI (HSCNI) has established encompass to provide the underpinning digital transformation required to support the broader HSC reform agenda. HSCNI has developed and procured may different ICT solutions to provide digital services to our health and social care professionals. Many of these systems are reaching their ‘end of life’ and may no longer be supported by current suppliers and there is a need to urgently replace these systems. You will be part of the Business Change training team who will be delivering training of our new encompass EPR clinical system to every member of staff needing access to the system across the Health & Social Care Trust NI. You will be responsible for delivering training on at least one application within the encompass system and will be teaching classes of up to 20 people over a 8-12 week period..

Responsibilities

• Attend and pass the Epic Credentialing Program for Health & Social Care NI
• Develop a strong understanding of the Epic application(s) as implemented at HSC NI

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A degree, or relevant Professional Qualification or equivalent, or higher qualification and 1 years experience delivering presentations or customer engagement or working in Training/ Learning & Development, Sales and Marketing or Human Resource
• Certificate in Personnel Practice, or Certificate in Training Practice, or equivalent and 2 years experience working in Training, Learning & Development or Human Resources

Desirable Skills

• Hold a Vocational Assessor qualification e.g. D32/33 A1 or equivalent
