Care Assistants deliver full personal care to residents and record details of nutritional intake, re-positioning and personal care in a computerised care plan system..

Responsibilities

• Assist the nurse in the delivery of nursing care and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Carry out assigned duties under the direction of a qualified nurse in to to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Further Information
