Job description
Office Administrator General office administration duties.
Responsibilities
- Processing Sales invoices.
- Liaising with suppliers to manage delivery requirements to clients.
- Responding to phone and email enquiries.
- Work to develop customer relationships.
- Communicate quotations for customers.
- Cash sales- showroom.
- Stock receipting.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous administrative and customer support experience.
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's grades A-C including Maths and English (or equivalent).
- Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with INTACT similar software is desirable.
- Knowledge of stock receipting and invoicing.
- Knowledge of Packaging industry.
Further Information
Work Time: Monday-Thursday 8:45am-5:00pm and Friday 8:45am - 3:30pm. We have a busy office and the candidate will be working as part of a team. There will be some customer interaction as we have products collected from our site. The role comes with 30 days annual leave inclusive of statutory closures. We are also closed over the festive period. There is free parking on site. We are located between Carryduff and Saintfield
