NWCare are delighted to announce that they are opening a new branch in Rathfriland.  We are recruiting for community care staff in Rostrevor. No qualifications or experience are necessary as full training will be provided.  You must hold a full driving licence and have the use of a vehicle. Training academies throughout Northern Ireland. Practical paid training. CPD approved certificate for training. QCF Levels 2, 3 and 5 qualifications. Internal career progression. Paid shadowing. Responsibilities

• Care within the community
• Personal care - washing/showering, oral hygiene, toileting/pad changing, dressing/undressing
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Light household duties (general tidy round)

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Ability to communicate
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
• Care about the community they live in

Desirable Skills

• QCF Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
