Office Administrator
Job description
As a fast growing retailer, Donaghy Bros are searching for a highly motivated and ambitious Office Administrator to join our team. Donaghy Bros is a thriving family ran business, trading since 1964. We are Northern Irelands leading independent electrical retailer. Experience of working in accounts or in an office setting is preferred but not compulsory as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for general office admin throughout the successful business.
- Dealing with customers in store & over the phone a professional and friendly manner.
- Processing payments.
- Assisting with the scheduling of deliveries.
- Invoicing.
- Ensuring all operations of the office run smoothly.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Have excellent telephone skills
- Excellent numeracy skills & Be Computer Literate and experience using Microsoft 365 Package
- Communication skills
