Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for dealing with customer queries and ensuring customers receive the best possible service when looking for help or information.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Two years recent experience in a similar customer focussed role within a busy office environment Excellent telephone, communication and organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office within strict deadlines
