  • Customer service queries via telephone and face-to-face.
  • Supervision and training, providing advice and guidance for the public.
  • All routine and repetitive processes are governed by detailed written instructions.
  • Processes and procedures requiring a working knowledge of Housing Services section.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Hold a BTEC National Certificate or equivalent Professional or Technical qualification (Level 3) plus at least one years relevant customer service or general administrative experience
  • Experience of direct delivery of relevant customer service to the public via telephone or face to face
  • (ii) Experience in dealing appropriately with customers in a challenging environment
  • (iii) Experience in using a range of computer packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook etc.
  • As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
