We have an excellent opportunity for Bartenders to join the team at The Courthouse to provide professional and efficient bar service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Drink preparation and service customer care.
• Till operation and cash handling.
• Stock replenishment.
• General housekeeping.
• Compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Off Sales duties, as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Flexible and available to work weekend evenings.
• Good communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Food Hygiene.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Cocktail experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
