Job description

Bar Supervisor required at the Courthouse Bar.

Responsibilities

• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar.
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist in keeping the bar, front of house, and toilets clean and tidy at all times.
• Be involved and contribute to team meetings.
• Helping guests be aware of and choose menu items, taking orders and making guests feel taken care of during their visit.
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Serve and present beverages quickly and efficiently, and also meeting company standards by doing so.
• Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
• Make customers aware of offers on our drinks range.
