Job description

The main purpose of the role for is to ensure that their allocated area is cleaned to the required specification whilst adhering to defined procedures and health and safety regulations. Maintaining designated external areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all centre public car park areas during trading hours
• Dealing with spillages
• Servicing entrance and exits
• Maintaining designated external areas
• Use of rotary and scrubber drier machinery
• Litter picking
• Segregation of waste

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Drivers Licence essential
• Experience in a similar role desirable
